Rights you can exercise
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (and equivalent rights under the GDPR and CCPA), you can ask us to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it
- Correct, complete, or update inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erase your personal data where we are no longer required to keep it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, as easily as you gave it
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights on your behalf
- Raise a grievance about how we have handled your data or a prior request
How to submit a request
Email our Grievance Officer with your request and enough detail for us to verify your identity and locate your data. To protect you, we may ask for confirmation of identity before we act.

What happens next
- We acknowledge your request and confirm your identity
- We locate and review the relevant personal data
- We action the request — or explain, in writing, any lawful reason we cannot
- We resolve grievances within 90 days, in line with the DPDP Rules, 2025
