ERP for your business
ERPNext on its own server: accounting, inventory, sales and purchasing in one system.
Say what you need, or name the app. Kalcend researches the options, installs the one you choose on a server, signs you in and keeps it running.
If you have not picked an app, Kalcend shortlists open-source projects, scores them on fit, health and license, and recommends one.
It reads the project’s own install docs, sizes the server and quotes the price.
It installs the app with its database and background workers, creates your admin sign-in and checks that it all works.
With your OK it goes live over HTTPS. Ask for configuration, email or upgrades whenever you need them.
We are a 12-person trading company. We need an ERP for stock, invoicing and purchasing.
I compared the open-source options against what you need.
Admin sign-in saved to your vault.
ERPNext on its own server: accounting, inventory, sales and purchasing in one system.
Frappe HR with ERPNext on its own server: employees, attendance, leave, salary structures and payroll runs.
Twenty on its own server: contacts, companies and a deal pipeline your whole team can work from.
Kalcend rents one in any of nine regions across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia, or installs on your own Ubuntu or Debian server.
It is the project’s own software, with its data in the app’s own database. Export it and run the same project anywhere.
With your consent, Kalcend publishes the app’s API and creates tools or an MCP server, so your agents and teammates can use its data.
Any open-source app with a documented server install, usually Docker based: ERPs, CRMs, helpdesks, booking systems, analytics, wikis and more. There is no fixed catalog. If you have not picked one, Kalcend researches the options and recommends a project that fits your needs, license and team.
On a server Kalcend rents for you in the region you choose, or on your own Ubuntu or Debian server. On your own server, and only with your consent, Kalcend installs Docker and Python and adds a dedicated kalcend user. Each server runs one app.
Once you confirm it should be public, Kalcend publishes it over HTTPS at an address like erp.kalcend.app. Custom domains are not supported yet. The admin sign-in is saved to your Kalcend vault, so you can look it up whenever you need it.
By default the database runs alongside the app on the same server, which keeps costs down. You can choose a managed PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB database instead, billed every 30 days. Managed databases are not yet available for apps on your own server.
Ask in chat. Engineer runs handle configuration, email setup, customization and upgrades, and check their work against criteria you agree on first. Debug runs diagnose and fix problems when the app misbehaves. You can also open a live terminal to the server from the chat.
There is no per-app or per-seat fee. You pay for the server every 30 days, any managed database, and the AI the Builder and engineer runs use, from your Kalcend wallet. Prices are confirmed with you before anything is created, and unused server time is credited when you delete it.
Yes. With your consent, Kalcend can make an installed app AI-native: it enables the app's API, publishes it securely and creates tools or an MCP server, so your agents, automations and teammates can read and update the app's data.
On a rented server, deleting the app also deletes its server and any attached managed database, so export what you need first. On your own server, Kalcend removes its services and the app files and leaves the server itself with you.
Start from a template or describe the app you need. Kalcend does the rest.
A few details, and I will size your server.
