Yes. A task can use AI, tools and other services, each charged at its listed rate. Browser sessions and phone calls also incur AI usage. Indexing includes document processing and embeddings; storage is charged by space and time used. Spending shows the breakdown by task. You do not pay a second tool-action fee for a specialized service.

VPS and databases renew every 30 days; phone numbers renew monthly. Confirm the price and terms before purchase. After confirmed server or database deletion, unused prepaid time is credited. Phone-number rentals are not prorated.

There is no seat or app fee. Each teammate or app runs on its own server, rented every 30 days or one you bring, plus the AI and tools it uses. The Builder confirms the server price with you before creating anything.

Add funds to continue paid work. Any outstanding charges are covered first. Unpaid rentals have seven days of grace before deletion or number release. Unfunded files and knowledge remain recoverable for 30 days, with advance deletion warnings; retained storage is still charged.

Confirmed platform or provider technical failures receive service credit. Completed work, cancelled work already performed and unsuccessful AI attempts remain billable. Cash refunds are handled for required or exceptional cases.
