Hire an AI teammate.
It joins your team and keeps working.
Describe the role. Kalcend sets up an always-on AI worker with its own server, memory and skills, connects it to your tools, and brings it into your Slack channels or WhatsApp.
Agents answer. Teammates own the work.

Works on a schedule
Runs its own recurring jobs, like a Monday report or an hourly check.
Runs code on its server
Writes and runs scripts and works with files on its own machine.
Delegates
Splits a big task across sub-agents and brings the results back together.
Learns skills
Follows skills you upload or have the Builder write, plus a knowledge base.
Uses your tools
43 preset integrations, custom tools and MCP servers, only the ones you connect.

- #marketing
Drafts posts in your brand voice with images, shares them in a channel for approval and publishes only what you approve.
- #market
Watches the competitor pages you name, remembers what it already reported and digs deeper with sub-agents when asked.
412 trials started last week and 74 converted (18%).
Example conversations, shown to illustrate each role.
Three steps, one conversation.
- 01
Describe the role
Tell the Builder what the teammate should own, where it should work and what it can touch. It asks only what it needs.
- 02
Review the plan and price
The Builder drafts the teammate, its tools and skills, and quotes its server. Nothing is created until you say yes.
- 03
Approve, and it joins
Kalcend installs it on its server in a few minutes and tells you in chat. Say hello in its channel.
Its own server. Your rules.
- A dedicated server for each teammate, rented for you or your own
- Keys and passwords kept in the encrypted Kalcend vault
- Acts only in the channels and tools you connect
- Edit, repair or delete it from the same chat
No seat licenses.
You pay for the teammate’s server every 30 days and for the AI and tools it uses, from one Kalcend wallet. Run it on your own server and there is no rental at all. Delete a rented server and its unused time is credited back.
Questions about teammates.
An AI teammate is an always-on AI worker with its own server, memory and skills. It works in your Slack channels or WhatsApp, uses the tools you connect, runs scheduled jobs and takes on long, open-ended tasks. It keeps its context between conversations instead of starting fresh each time.
Customer agents answer your customers on WhatsApp, web chat and phone. Automations run one defined workflow when a trigger fires. A teammate is for ongoing work inside your team: it remembers context across days, runs code and works with files on its own server, follows its own schedule and can hand parts of a task to sub-agents.
In the Slack channels you connect and in WhatsApp. In Slack it posts to and watches its channels, not direct messages. Teammates do not answer website chat or phone calls; customer agents do that. You test a new teammate by messaging it in its channel.
Only what you give it: integrations you connect from 43 presets such as GitHub, Notion, HubSpot and Google Sheets, custom tools, MCP servers, a knowledge base, and skills you upload or have the Builder write. Keys and passwords are kept in the encrypted Kalcend vault.
There is no seat license or teammate fee. You pay for its server every 30 days and for the AI and tools it uses, from your Kalcend wallet. The Builder shows the server price and asks for your approval before anything is created, and unused server time is credited when you delete the server.
Yes. A teammate needs one server to itself. Kalcend can rent one for you in the region you choose, or you can connect a server you already run and the teammate is installed there, with no rental charge from Kalcend. AI and tool usage is billed either way.
Yes. Ask the Builder to change its instructions, tools, skills or schedule and it updates the same teammate in place; some changes reinstall it on its server in the background. If a teammate stops working, the Builder repairs that teammate instead of starting a new one.
Your next hire is one prompt away.
